This app sucks. It had my expiration for my card wrong, I couldn't update it. I reached out to customer service. Per their instructions, I deleted the card. When I went to re-add the card, it still said I couldn't update it. Per their further instructions, I deleted and re-downloaded the app. I still can't add my card. Their final instruction is to use the nearest meter where I can pay with physical money. This company is garbage, and any city that decides to make you use an unusable app is too.

0 Stars. This is the worst app I have ever used for parking. I ended up getting a parking ticket because the app refuses to allow me to add a payment method. Been trying for 2 days now, same result. Tells me to try switching off wifi, which I also tried. Just an endless loop of the same message. Also tried adding payment method online, nothing works.

Poor app functionality and customer service. After starting a session, the zone somehow changed (not even close to the number I put in), so I was charged for the wrong space. Tried to open support chat in the app, but the chat box appeared behind my phone navigation buttons. Went to the website and after several emails back and forth, was finally told they couldn't issue refunds via that chat. I started by saying I was charged for the wrong space, so why not tell me that from the start?
