Oct 2024: App hasn't worked/ moved past login page in awhile. June 2025: 8+ months later, still no update. To be clear, I can log in fine by browser. The app simply does nothing after I scan my fingerprint, nor does it give any indication of doing anything when I enter my username and password and press the login button. April 2026: still can't log into the app. easily can log in by browser.

When I first installed the app worked great. Then after the updates it stopped working like it did before. When I sign into my account it tells me my username and password are wrong, then wants me to verify both by a code they send to your email or text. And when I put the code in it still doesn't work. They should've left it alone, it worked perfectly. I could pay my bill on time without any problems. Unlike now. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I originally added 3 checking accounts to the app under "PAYMENT METHOD." One of the accounts is now closed. When I tap on the garbage can icon next to the account to delete it, I get the response, "SUCCESS YOUR PAYMENT METHOD HAS BEEN DELETED." The account remains on the list of payment methods, however. Other than that, no problems with the app.
