I'm still unable to send pictures and videos to clients through the app on my google pixe from one of the updatesl. This is very frustrating when trying to adhere to client requests for photos and updates. When I click the camera icon it goes to my gallery but none of my photos show up. This has been an issue for over a few months now and no updates to fix it.

In the sitter's inbox, you can choose "pending" requests. However, if you choose to open a pending request and then exit out if it, the app takes you back to the "primary" tab instead of leaving you under the pending tab. This is an annoying time-killer. The same applies if you open the "upcoming" tab and sort by date, etc. When you exit from the upcoming reservation, the app once again defaults to the primary tab. Again, frustrating and time consuming. This would be an easy fix. Please do.

Booking timer does not stop even after hitting the "finish booking" button. It continues to calculate minutes until the card has been sent. Bookings will run for over 24hrs (and charge clients) until you cancel the booking. Which counts against you and then you are not paid. Notes are not able to be added or saved into the card and have to be separately messaged to the pet parent. Consistent glitches ever since August. Have reached out to support many times but only get AI responses.
