I'm still unable to send pictures and videos to clients through the app on my google pixe from one of the updatesl. This is very frustrating when trying to adhere to client requests for photos and updates. When I click the camera icon it goes to my gallery but none of my photos show up. This has been an issue for over a few months now and no updates to fix it.

not a great UI, especially for sitters. Editing/updating availability has to be done day by day, or on consecutive days (for ex: can't switch all Wednesday hours). Unclear on how/when payment gets sent to connected account. You basically have to Google how to do most steps bc it's not intuitive at all. Also can't switch between sitter and owner profiles, so everything is together which can get confusing. For a popular app that's been around, I'm surprised it's not more fine tuned.

App keeps crashing to where I have to restart my phone. Had to use my laptop to access the website and spent way too long finding my old login credentials. Then my booking request was sent to additional sitters that I hadn't noticed Rover was pre-selecting for me. I immediately cancelled, I just really hope it does not end up reflecting poorly on the sitters. I've used Rover for a few years and had a good experience with the app, but recently it has been frustrating and time consuming
