This helps me so much with my business. It gives my customers a way to contact me directly, so I know immediately when they send a message and can reply quicker than to an email. Works great Shopify, good job on this app. Now if only your price could come back down a little, hard to afford. However, I do see improvements in service for sure, not that it was needed. Customer service is excellent. Thank you!

Radical Extreme
Shopify was a very bad experience for me. I hate to say it, but it is the absolute worst platform for building a store front to sell music and merchandise. lots of hidden fees and the instructions are not clear. Shopify mixes in things you have to pay for when you search for something to use for free. I picked what I thought was a free template for my webpage but after I got it, 2 weeks later I got a bill from a company wanting $65. it wasn't that good. I'll never recommend or use Shopify ever.

This app is so gitchy!! It's impossible to respond to clients messages because the app freezes up anytime the message gets longer than a few sentences. And if you hit return to start a new paragraph in your message, FOR. GET. IT! the app will lock up, making it impossible to edit/send/or finish your message. It's very aggravating!
