I EVEN HAVE TO PAY TO BREATHE: I could only use it for 4 days because it blocked me, and in the 6 hours that I sleep every night, it only records 5 sessions. The recordings can be random or all within one hour, but it doesn't record the full 6 hours continuously, and if you want more options, you have to pay for even the simplest ones. Honestly, it's a terrible application, a waste of time these past 4 days.

despite what developer implies, it can't reliably distinguish between loud, light, quiet volumes. can't distinguish snores from other (completely different) noises, sometimes registers "sounds" that aren't audible, and snore score seems to some degree arbitrary. it does record very quiet sounds throughout the night and if you listen back you'll hear if you're snoring

In less than a week using this app, I was able to test several inexpensive devices and change some of my habits to reduce my snoring, dramatically. 4 years later, I still use the app occasionally, to monitor my sleeping results. My favorite remedy is a nasal dilator, used with mouth–taping, and the Snore Gym app gave me wonderful results, very quickly!
