DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Absolutely horrible. If you are trying to download this app so you can start working and making money on this app, dont waste your time. I downloaded the app, paid for the background check, filled out all the information, everything i was supposed to do, and my account wont activate. the only assistance is AI and USELESS. i have been trying to get active for a month, and im arguing to get my money back currently.

This is great for getting work, but the app force closes repeatedly for hours at a time. This affects my response rate, as there is no way to check messages and book tasks through the website. When I researched the issue I'm having, this seems to have been going on for over a decade with no solution! If you won't fix the app, at least set up the website to be used by taskers and not just clients.

They don't have a support number to call, I set my account up then try logging in and get told that those credentials. I reset my password but that did not help after creating my account it wanted to take me to the app to be the client not the app to be the helper so I closed my account on the client side thinking that would help but it didn't. I recommend looking elsewhere for work.
