Ratings and reviews

The first transfer I made was virtually instantaneous and was a teeny bit better total charge than another app I had. The second took 5 days! Their tech support wouldn't admit it but when I sampled a few transactions it seems that at $2,000 US it changes to the longer method, I'm assuming for security reasons. But why not simply tell me so I can plan around that? Bunch of mumbo jumbo as to other things that can influence the time.

Took almost a week for the transfer to process. In the past it's been minutes. Bank info is the same as it has always been. In the interim, the dollar is stronger, but Wise did not change the exchange rate to reflect the current rate. When they have delayed transfers in the past, they ALWAYS reflect the current exchange rate if it favors them. I guess not if it favors the customer Pretty disgusted at this point. I used to love this service, but recently they have been far less than stellar.

It used to be good. But now, it asks me to prove my identity. It asks me to upload the proof of address, and when I do and hit continue, it does not move on and asks for the proof of address. I tried uploading it again and again but it just cannot move on. No errors or warning. Just the same "Upload the proof of address" page coming up again and again. Tried this from 2 different phones and a bunch of browsers. It just won't work. Edit:Seriously, if u don't want me to use the app just say so!
