Ratings and reviews

They use any random small business looking to make some money. Problem is, they don't vet them. I booked a pick up time on the app, but the shopkeeper said they are closing early, so I had to come sooner. Bounce CS said that was my problem and if I didn't like it, I should have taken my luggage somewhere else. Yeah, imagine traveling in 97 degree heat under full sun with plans across the street by design, only to just carry all of your luggage away to look for a new place to stow it. Nope.

This was my first time using the app and I wasn't sure what to expect. Akbar was super friendly and helpful. He showed me where our stuff would be kept; I'll admit I was skeptical at first, but I took a leap of faith. We stored our things in the secure closet. I did take out all my valuables, and I felt much better knowing the whole store is monitored by CCTV, including the closet. The check-in and check-out were both smooth. I'd suggest booking the bare minimum and updating it later.

This is a review of the service rather than the app, which is still relevant to anyone considering using the app. Directly from their website at the bottom of the main page: "Can I cancel and get a refund? Yes! If you change your mind, you can cancel your booking anytime before drop-off for a full refund to your original payment method. And we never charge cancellation fees!" Reviews on Reddit & my own experience show this is 100% false and the company does not respond to emails.
