Ratings and reviews

The app is useless for me as it needs an Internet connection to work. The support bot said it would work, but it does not, it does the scan then says "unable to load home - no internet. I was halfway through the support case then it said support "we will be back online tomorrow". Nothing but a bad experience.

OBDEleven app implied I needed a Pro account to access a feature it did not actually have, which is a misleading practice. The OBDEleven VAG app UI prompted me to download the non-VAG app, which wasn't actually necessary. The UI uses a false and misleading practice to drive users to a Pro account, yet no resolution was caused by the Pro accoubt, and in fact the Pro features promised did not exist. A fee is not valid because of one use when the use is how a user determines value.

Disappointing experience. OBDeleven claims to be one of the best diagnostic tools for VW/Audi, yet it failed to clearly identify a basic ABS G44 wheel speed sensor fault on my car. A cheap scanner that cost around €5 for lifetime use detected it immediately. For a premium tool, this is hard to justify. Also, even with OBDeleven Plus, many functions still require credits.
