Ratings and reviews

The company itself is bad and misleading. You'll look for listings and pick full trip pricing , thinking your finding good deals just to find out despite your filters and settings , they only show nightly prices. you think you found the dream vacation just to find that it's 10 times more expensive because the company misleads you on the pricing. all in all, booking is cheaper , faster and easier. vrbo just has more listing because it's easier for low quality rentals to get verified.

I used to like them, but when I had key cash, I couldn't book anything. It was $30... y'all that broke? I also don't like that they take your money before the host confirms. And instead of it just pending and dropping once the house isn't available, they actually take the money. I now have to wait for a refund for money you didn't need to take. Cancelation was within 1 hour of booking. Just stay in a hotel. Edit: They didn't fully refund me... for an unavailable place. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I love Vrbo... but I hate your app. Everyone is not tech savvy. It is hard to pull up hones in the app that someone sends from website to my text. There is no where to search by property number. It is difficult to change the number of people in my trip section.... it is not simple for all people and there are so many other apps that are. I saw an ad for Vrbo that said you can type in a type of place, such as, themed bedrooms at Disney World. But it doesn't work that way. It should be better!!
