After receiving your helpful reply about settings and other methods to get the Electrify America (EA) stations to display. I just noticed the CCS1 under the More Plugs option was deselected. Onve I selected it, all CCS1 stations appeared. Not sure how that happened. I did uninstall and reinstall the app, and it was a default setting. It would be good to include the CCS plug type as default for EA or other stations that use the CCS as a standard plug under the Network selection.

This could be an issue with your active filters causing the error. We suggest using the "Reset" option as this will give you the default choices. Also, make sure that "Available" is turned off as these look for locations that only have an availability status. Finally, apply the Electrify America network to on to see their sites.

Overall it works well, but three limitations immediately stood out to me: 1. Formatting of pricing is very inconsistent - either "$0.49/kWh" or ".49/kWh" or "0.49 USD per kWh." Just pick one and use it everywhere 2. No scale bar on the map. Mostly I'm just a map nerd, but I think this would be useful considering "range anxiety" to eyeball distances without going into the whole route planner. 3. Links to open a charging station's network app directly would be helpful

Great for finding charging stations and letting users post reviews. HOWEVER, the distance indicator on a charging station appears to be "as the crow flies," not "actual driving route." Nearly got stranded on the mountains because the app said a charging station was ten miles away, but when we switched over to Google maps for directions, we found it was 16 miles away. Fix that feature and I'll be happy to change this rating to a five star review.
