⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience I used this app for the first time to send money back home, but unfortunately, it took more than a day to process the transfer.I would strongly recommend everyone to avoid using this app. Itwastes a lot of your time, and the whole process is extremely frustrating. Their customer service is also not helpful at all. Instead of solving the problem, they just waste your time even more.Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this app to use

After an initial frustrating experience where a transfer failed and I was still charged a fee, from my Bank side. I contacted customer support. They looked into the issue and resolved the matter. While the initial glitch was inconvenient and wasted my time, I appreciate that support stepped in to correct it. Raising my rating to reflect the eventual resolution.

Already added debit card deleted, still coming the add money option from the deleted card and no option seen to add a new debit card, sought technical support they are also unable to solve this, such a huge platform meets simple software issues. Otherwise good.
