Ratings and reviews

The app keeps timing out. When you scroll or try and go back to the main page or cart, it freezes up. It takes an hour to select items. Then the amount of items out of atock is also a problem. The other issue is that when you try and select substitutes when you are in the cart, it also takes forever to load and you run into the oit of stock issue again when you try and select a substitute. Now times that by 30. Its really frustrating.

Nice app and I love the products, however, I have given it low rating due to the interface speed. The app is laggy and performing tasks like modifying your shopping cart contents, searching for items, viewing them, etc. are painfully slow. Loading times need to improve significantly. A dark mode option in the interface would benefit those with eye strain issues.

Love woolies, this app has a way to go in service a parallel experience. The UX is pretty dismal. It is slow. And lags. And it ultimately limits your customer browsing and potentially spending money. Convenience is key. And your base will get lost and stray if this isn't dealt with. Has been a long time issue. Nothing new. And it needn't be.

What's new

In this release we have fixed an issue that was stopping some substitute choices from being remembered. We've also made some improvements to our Dash landing page and watch out for Dash only promotions coming soon!
