Had a very bad experience with how everything is. Either no something doesn't interest me or or what I want is not available, & they have issues with notifications and aren't even a little flexible and give penalty if get 1 sec late. Thankfully, I cancelled the trial, removed my card, and got my money refunded, but I had to go through the customer service for all that!

So far, I have had a very bad experience with this app. I realised that I can't get classes that I want (not available), a good class either costs a lot of credits either not available. I almost finished my trial, and I want to cancel my subscription because I left the country for some time, but I'm not able to enter the app even! They wrote something insane, that I have to solve it by myself! My tria will be finished tomorrow, so they will charge me because they blocked my way to enter the app.

So many scummy tactics. I wanted to see the "prices" of gym and class access. But to do so, you have to sign up for an account AND provide your card details. This forces you on a trial of 310 AED / Month To cancel the subscription, there are too many cancellation prompts. What's funny is that after offering me 10 credits to stay, they immediately offered 15 right after. When you cancel the recurring subscription it cancels the trial. And you can't remove your card without asking support to do it
