I usually don't write reviews for apps, but this one is an exception cuz i don't know if its cuz somebody said it was made by native Chinese speakers, it really helps. At some point it even surpasses Duolingo. After every lesson you can review your mistakes and correct them, and it also provides in depth explanations for grammer. Its amazing.

It's been two months since I started learning using Hello Chinese, I appreciate you guys for the hard work. It's very good in learning, I mean to catch up so easily. I have friends in Chinese but every word that I say to them it's correct in accent and to all the words and characters i learnt I know them all. Everyone that will read this message. Please just downloaded the app and you will thank me later.

Best mandarin learning app, worth paying for, but Ide like a bit more customisability. The app is free to try but to progress youll need the yearly basic subscription, the more general apps like duolingo dont really cover chinese very well as theres a lot of added context that needs explaining. To improve Ide really like to be able to turn more features on and off, they kind of have this for pinyin/hanzi but personally I only want to speak/listen for my partner and don't really care to write etc
