The most unreliable app, your task might be completed, hate the customer service!!!! its been 5 days!! that i have raised the complaint and still not resolved, won't recommend anyone to use this app. All I hear from the support team is that the concern team will get back to you in within 48 hrs and your issues will be solved, well they never reached out, hence my issues haven't solved at all!!!!!!

This is a very unreliable platform. The products that I sent were not delivered at the correct address,and moreover,there were many items that were missing. The missing items were very expensive and when we tried calling the rider back his phone was out of reach or rather I would assume he blocked our calls, we tried complaining on the customer service app and the response was not satisfactory infact it feels like they didn't take the complain seriously this had happened to many others as well.

This service is unavailable at every location I need. I wanted a parcel picked up from my home and delivered to my friend, but pickup is unavailable at both addresses. The available drop-off points are very far from both of us. This means additional travel and expenses on our end, making a ₹500 parcel cost nearly ₹2000 extra. In this situation, using the service no longer seems practical.
