This has been a very disappointing experience. It was clearly mentioned that an instant Wise transfer would take about 4 hours, and a bank transfer would take around 11 hours. Instead, after 24 hours I received a security check request asking for additional details—something that could have been addressed on the same day instead of delaying the payment. Now I'm being told it will take up to 4 working days, and even the refund cannot be processed instantly because I have to contact Customer Care

worst money transfer app ever , if I could give them less than one star, I would do , have done a transaction with them since 7th April and it didn't arrive yet till now and instead of investigating the issue or refund me my money , they are asking me to get the recipient's bank statement because they want to check it ! , you send something to someone then you will end up asking them for their bank statement!!! I recommend you guys to not use this app at all as obviously they are scammers.

edit: for some reason they limit the exchange rate and alerts to your location's currency, which makes no sense. had to remove a star for this weird choice. It's fast and the fees are much better than bank transfer (even within the same bank). It has saved me thousands of HK dollars at this point, easy. They even show you competitor prices but I've found the list to be wrong, and I've tried many alternatives - Wise still ends up being the cheapest.
