I ordered, everything was fine. The restaurant didn't pick up the order in the system in time (3 minutes) and the app's system decided to cancel it without notifying me in any way. I was waiting for my order and when it got suspicious that it is still not here I check and saw that it is cancelled by the app. Horrible first experience. I will not use the app again. there is a plenty of other delivery apps which actually work. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Have loved the app so far but there has been a long stretch of buggy features and releases with no real way to get support on the app. This is my go to app for ordering the office lunch but the app just doesn't work for that anymore. There is always some error or other with no indication of what the problem is or how to fix it. Support is only available on orders you have submitted, not when you cannot submit an order. And if the order is wrong because of a technical issue they cannot help.

I was very happy when this service launched, but unfortunately it has become increasingly unreliable. Deliveries often take too long, orders get cancelled, and sometimes restaurants simply don't accept them. Missing items from restaurant and grocery orders have also become far too common. Support usually resolves the issues and provides refunds, but this shouldn't happen so frequently. I expected the service to improve over time. I'm now seriously considering stopping using it.
