Ratings and reviews

They make it virtually impossible to cancel your subscription, you have to email multiple times & then they try everything to convince you to stay , they send links to reconfirm cancellation , even discount annual fee by 50% , and as a last attempt offer it at $19 for another year. Finally after accepting & confirming cancellation, 3 days later I receive an invoice & credit card charge. Then you have to go through the whole cancellation process again. Very frustrating, and over priced.

Way to intrusive. Does a great job keeping you protected. ad blocker works great, but kinda defeats the purpose when you're constantly annoyed by this, letting you know every little detail that is going on. VPN is fairly poor, slows down your browser, even had trouble getting access to youtube with it on. Also keeps disconnecting and trying to reconnect all the time, then notifying me when it has reconnected. Got to the point where I just uninstalled it. payments issues as well. Recommend others

Absolutely useless. NO STARS would be my option I ran a security check and to get rid of anything they wanted money. I signed up for a month's trail, only too now have my PayPal account paying for a monthly subscription. And if the app finds anything suspicious , you have to pay to have it removed. different payment for different items. Stay clear of this site. Offers nothing in the way of security.
