The old app was decent, but this latest version is dreadful. While attempting to buy my Bayern ticket, an error popped up, claiming my payment method wouldn't be charged; however, they charged me four times for it. On top of that, it fails to display prices, compelling me to resort to purchasing tickets directly from the train station machines. Truly frustrating and utterly ineffective.

Generally, it's been a good app until recently. When booking to the Frankfurt Airport a couple months out, 3 of 4 legs there or back have been "canceled" (according to the app anyway). However, the originally booked train isnstill shown as available online. In two cases, the app not so helpfully booked me on a later train. Having to go talk to somebody at a station is annoying and getting old.

It PAINS me to give DB 1 star, they don't deserve that 1 star at all. They have caused me so many issues, and they always find a way to disappoint you or stress you out even more. The DB navigator is not reliable, the information is not usually updated or accurate. I feel they're constantly making up excuses for their delays or cancellation, sometimes showing it's late then suddenly on time, or vice versa. The price suddenly changes, how could they possibly try to squeeze out more euros from me?
