Ratings and reviews

Great game! The gameplay takes a little of getting used to, movements and different attacks, but after you get the hang of it things will go smoothly. The story is really important in my opinion, it gives you choices and you have to live/survive with it. There's some different ways you can build your character too, which is great and versatile. In general it's a good game with a great replayability too.

Really don't care for how the larger gold pieces spawn with a huge amount of lateral speed, flinging them into the nearest lake. Less than an interesting mechanic, it ends up just being annoying. Outside of that, the game is ... It's fine, side scrolling fighter, uneven controls, minimal environmental interaction, repetitive fights (bosses are larger/recolored versions of normal enemies), generally pretty mid. Okayish writing, not a very interesting or engrossing plot. Consistent art style, tho.

this game is great, but the upgrade choice makes the game a bit discouraging, I don't know if they've made any updates, but when you got to the point where you have to make an upgrade to progress, you couldn't do ANYTHING else. which makes the game kinda unplayable. but other than that, it was a fine game
