Not possible to contact the bank through a simple message using the app, like you can on the website.. That's why it lost a star. I would also like to be able to rename my accounts for ease of use 'joint bills', 'personal bills', 'rainy day fund', whatever. Overall app has gotten Much better over the years! Edit - these were from at least 2023 and still an issue. put in for a new debit card and now it won't let me in my account. it specifically said I could still log in until the new one came.

Apr 7, 25 update 4. Still noticing that I have 2 credit cards which show up in the account list properly. However, & this doesn't happen all the time when I go to the acct transfer dropdn pg on the app, 1 of my cards that I want to pay doesn't always show up. Sometimes closing and reopening the app fixes it. So I called the number suggested below, it's the main line with 3 options that don't apply, accts & mortgages, credit cards or lost/stolen cards. Na cant go thru that jungle, have scrnshots

Hello Tim, we’re aware of this issue and it will be fixed in our next app update. For now, if you see an error or your credit card is missing from the dropdown, sign out and back in, then go directly to Pay & Transfer > Account Transfers without tapping your credit card—or use Online Banking in a browser. **Update 2025-April. - It's worse than ever. I have to uninstall often now. It's completely unacceptable. If you do daily banking and it's imperative that your App always works, consider a different bank.** This app suffers from serious issues. It often just hangs and doesn't open. I have uninstalled and re-installed it several times and it seems to work fine sporadically. It's very disappointing considering this is supposed to be a major bank. It's incredibly annoying.

• Fixed issue where biometric sign-in could be lost after certain errors.
• Fixed issue where service notices on the sign-in page were not refreshing unless the app was restarted.
• Fixed issue where credit card account filters were not reset after sign-out.
