There's a bug with this app, if my device default preferred language is set to chinese, when i try to deposit a cheque from the app, it crashes as soon as it tries to use your camera. you can fix it by setting the app specific language to English or French but most people wouldn't know how Update: i understand that your app is optimized for french and English however the app itself should not crash based on my language, can't you set a fallback language if the locale is not recognized

I'm traveling, and the process of an unplanned update to my Credit card , is giving me a hard time ... The new card was shipped home , but I'm half way across the planet . And now my current card is now refused online ... But you were notified that I was traveling for 3 months , with the APP. ... OK I can understand this "automatic and within the two months before expiration" . But my card was valid until 03/29 THREE MORE YEARS šŸ¤”šŸ˜

I was so impressed when I first opened the account, the app looked so new! But then, the more I checked it out, the more I realized it's nothing special. No transaction alerts, you have to add contacts to e-transfer money, and even if they have auto-deposit, the app still asks for a security question. I asked them a question in the chat, and it's been two days, and I'm still waiting. What kind of service is this? No service at all. Not having transaction alerts is a big no. I'm removing a star.

We’re sorry to hear that the app didn’t meet your expectations. For security reasons, setting a security question is mandatory for all transfers, as we cannot confirm whether the recipient has enabled automatic deposit. Our team responds to all inquiries during business hours via Messenger. There is no unanswered chat at the moment on our side.
