It has obviously become a useless platform. It takes more than forever to help solve a technical problem. I will never recommend the app to anyone. Use it at your own risk as your money can be stacked in it and will not be able to transfer, and when you email them, they will never respond, and the customer number is never picked. My money is locked up, and I can't transfer or take back.

Lemfi insists on e-transfers but fails to take responsibility when transactions go missing. Despite providing them with two transfer numbers, the exact date, time, and the correct name and email - matching my LemFi details - they claim they can't trace the payment. If e-transfer is their only payment method, they should at least ensure proper tracking and accountability. Customers deserve better than being left out of pocket with no resolution.

My first experience on the platform is absolutely discouraging. I've opened two different accounts now, and I'm unable to log back into my account without a reasonable reason as to why. I'm on the verge of losing a transaction just because Lemfi wouldn't let me back into my account, and several emails have been sent, and I keep getting the same response that's has been unsatisfactory and unresolving. What a great way to onboard a user to your platform.
