Ratings and reviews

App has had a technical issue for weeks. My alarm function does not work in the app any more. I cannot add an alarm or turn one on and off of either my two devices. Both are showing as Unknown in the app even though the show online in the device details. I can speak to them and they function fine. I Uninstalled the app and still no change. Obviously the programmers are lost and have no clue even after sending them all the logs. BTW I even reset my entire home network as suggested and nothing.

Ever since the last update the app is virtually unusable. Have to restart the app SEVERAL times just to be able to edit an alarm as the device is now 'unknown'. The instructions to restart the app do nothing. Restarting the Echo does nothing. It's completely hit or miss if it suddenly 'finds' the echo to edit the alarms...

Could be a lot easier to use. E.g drag and drop for moving devices between groups etc rather than hunting through the app to figure things out that aren't done often. App keeps freezing when in a list after unlocking phone, and now there's a big space at the bottom of the screen on lists so it looks like there are only a few items on the list. Rubbish that a big company like Amazon can't create a usable app.
