Ratings and reviews

App can be handy but is also VERY VERY buggy. Often the 'drop in' doesn't actually work and then the device we tried to connect to is then unavailable when we try to drop in using another device. My 'smart' light bulb frequently becomes unresponsive and has to be deleted and reinstalled (at least once a month). Doesn't allow the ability to cancel streaming/playback on one device so I can play on another. Overall it could be much more user friendly

App has had a technical issue for weeks. My alarm function does not work in the app any more. I cannot add an alarm or turn one on and off of either my two devices. Both are showing as Unknown in the app even though the show online in the device details. I can speak to them and they function fine. I Uninstalled the app and still no change. Obviously the programmers are lost and have no clue even after sending them all the logs. BTW I even reset my entire home network as suggested and nothing.

Unfortunately the updates have made the app less useful to me. I need Kindle Assisted reading so can't use Alexa+, and the devices have been intentionally "dumbed down" to persuade me to upgrade. I can no longer access my extensive Audible and Kindle libraries from the menu. The devices are now intruding on conversations and phone calls without the "wake word." Even worse, when a character has the name "Alexa" or "Ziggy," any narrator's voice activates the devices in the middle of my audiobooks!
