Unable to even create an account. It's stuck in an infinite loop. Input email, hit go to email button, open email, click link, sent back to submit email. Rinse and repeat. 2 different emails. Same issue. Support told me to input in url in browser. It takes me to a page that tells me to download app on my other devices. Annoyed is an understatement.

Despite having a paid subscription I have lost messaging access three times in under 2 weeks and received poor and slow customer service when asking for the issue to be resolved, with no explanation. I see in other reviews they try to blame it on users purchasing the subscription with a different email than what they use for the account but that is not the issue here. It is an AppClose issue, not a user issue. Still waiting for messaging to be restored.

This app is jumpy. When you export conversations, it puts the attachments and photos at the end of the file which is very confusing and difficult for law enforcement and courts to follow. It's also very difficult to scan the messages because it keeps refreshing to the latest message and when you reach out for assistance, all they say is to delete the app and redownload it which changes nothing. I also find the calendar clumsy to use and difficult to view. I would try to find another app
