almost impossible to get a receipt and forget asking to change a flight unless you purchase the ability to do so. double check everything every detail before you confirm purchase. They just blamed the flight provider and flight provider blames booking and you get screwed. And why would I contact your team to help. when this is the result of that help?

Bad experience with a contactless hotel. They canceled my booking 2 days before because of "security reasons" and there is 0 people to speak to about it. No phone number, no email. I beleive the reason of my cancelation was so they can book at a higher rate as I booked 2 months ahead of time. when I went to rebook somwthing else, everything was almost double what I planned for. luckily AirBnb had better rates and with them, someone to speak to

Amazing prices on rooms. The thing that seperates this app from other travel hotel apps is the fact that you can book just a single bedroom in a house with shared bathroom to reduce the cost of your stay. I dont know any other app that gives you such flexibility. Still with that being said, some host are still cheaper than other host within the app but that isnt the fault of the app itself. I dont like how Some rooms have taxes and charges that add an additional $80-90. It should be capped!
