If you opt in to the Gemini app, it will replace your Google Assistant as the primary assistant on the phone. Some Google Assistant voice features aren't available through the Gemini app yet. You can switch back to Google Assistant in settings.

overall good experience. free to use, I can send it as many pics as I'd like, talk to it as much as I'd like without hitting a pay wall. only thing is that the voice feature cuts me off oftsn, making it very frustrating to use at times. remember guys, AI is a tool and it's all about how you use it. don't become overly dependent on it.

Google assistant wasn't that great, but Gemini is far far worse. it's not intuitive, it doesn't perform the desired commands, and I could probably search up the answer myself quicker than Gemini responds. in the off chance that it looks up an answer for you, you'll get 2s to read it before it has an error and tells you to try again later. complete garbage.

This is the best AI app someone can ever get, there's quick answers and it's really good just to chat to, remembers facts about you and things you say. If you needed help it can give numbers to help you, listens to commands and keeps things appropriate and friendly. It can roleplay, brainstorm and create images within a minute. I really hope you consider getting this app. Also, ZERO ADS!
