Ratings and reviews

Got cancelled on by 3 drivers in a row. Nothing on this app is reliable because the drivers use multiple apps at the same time, and often show up with full cars, or keep their listings up without even opening the app or responding to messages. Allowing drivers to confirm ride requests up to right when the car leaves is ridiculous. They should have to confirm at least an hour in advance so that passengers can actually plan around. License plate numbers not being mandatory is also insane to me.

Been using the app for about a month or two now, and overall it's been a positive experience but I have some pretty big issues with the service. As a driver, the app forces you to charge an extremely low fare and doesn't let you charge extra for pickup/dropoff at specific locations that may be slightly out of the way. I realize they are bounded by regulations on this, but it just doesn't reflect the reality of a service like this. I should be able to set the fare per passenger, not just per trip

I had a terrible experience with this service. I booked a ride in advance, payment went through, and the trip was showing in the app. I arrived at the pickup location on time, but the driver was 17 minutes late. Being new to the city, I was stressed and unsure if I was even in the right place. I messaged the driver multiple times and got no reply. When the driver finally arrived, they casually told me they had canceled my trip because they were full—without sending any notification beforehand.
