I've been using the app for a while, and I agree with all the comments. This used to be a great platform fast and reliable, but not anymore. Here a list of const of using the app and to be aware before to try so you save your time. 1. Referral program: it's a lie, they make it so hard for you to obtain it, link don't work, you're referred is not on the list, make sure this and that, their app doesn't work, but we are the ones that have to correct things 😉 2. Different options to send: only on

They emailed me once about 1 suspicious activity, saying they would call me to resolve it. I responded with when I was able to call. They never got back to me. Within a few days my account was suspended without explanation. Was able to make a new account, use the account for months when I tried to add more cards and payment methods. I tried resolving it, and instead of helping, they closed my new account. They claimed they emailed and called several times, but I only got 1 email and 0 calls.

I've been using the app for years for convenience. But lately it has become more of an inconvenience because the system(aka. the developers, managers, etc.) thinks I should prove myself more to them by asking for my proof of income, bank statement, etc. FYI, I am not applying for a loan. I am paying you guys for your service. And so many issues on top of that (cancelled transactions, money on hold, can't verify identity). so time to say goodbye to this app. DON'T PLAY WITH OUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!
