Top sitter in our area for many years now. Just when I thought it wasn't possible, the UI has become worse with the latest update. The app could never handle Back2Back uploading captions with multiple photo/video which confuses our clients when they receive a bunch of captions first and then random videos after. This gets worse during walks, when the internet is spotty unlike home wifi. Finally, you cannot select/copy text from chat messages or preview an attachment after you have selected it.

I'm getting really sick of this app. I know I have an older phone and a lesser data plan, but it drains my phone's battery while it's trying to load anything in the app. It takes forever to upload a photo and deletes pending uploads, so when I get home to connect to wifi to upload, the photo is gone. The app is so bloated, it takes forever to load, even with better data. They need to figure out how to make it work offline. I shouldn't need to wait indefinitely for the home page to load.

I use this app as a dog walker, it has generally been a good experience, except I keep having technical issues with the rover card. One day the map didn't log where I went, so it looked like I had simply gone around the block. And then next walk I went to submit my card, and all looked normal, but then 5 hours later I realized everything I had put into that card hadn't saved, and the map was still going. Therefore it logged my entire trip home. Just feels a bit awkward and clumsy.

Rover is always working on performance improvements and bug fixes (nobody likes fleas) to keep your experience bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.
