The app is overall good but they MUST make it easier to see your upcoming bookings. The only way to see them is to go to the specific conversation with the person when you originally confirmed the booking. A calendar would help or the sorting setting on the inbox labeled "upcoming bookings" could actually show your upcoming bookings. Would be very helpful!

I haven't started using the app yet but I can't imagine a worse experience. I downloaded the app 30 mins ago and it crashed on me 7-8 times. As I tried to set up a profile for my dog, the description box would freeze up. Each character takes at least 30 seconds to appear after typing. I had to quit and relaunch so many times. I've been writing the same description paragraph, half a sentence at a time, for the last 30 mins!!

I use this app as a dog walker, it has generally been a good experience, except I keep having technical issues with the rover card. One day the map didn't log where I went, so it looked like I had simply gone around the block. And then next walk I went to submit my card, and all looked normal, but then 5 hours later I realized everything I had put into that card hadn't saved, and the map was still going. Therefore it logged my entire trip home. Just feels a bit awkward and clumsy.
