Terrible app AND you have to pay for it (unless you have an iPhone, then it's free). - Notifies you 10mins before your shift starts. If you aren't already at work when it reminds you of your shift you're screwed. Can't see any way to change it - Never get a notification of messages so you have to manually check or you'll never see them - 3 notifications every time a shift change is accepted (including a message from yourself to yourself) - Unbelievably slow to load and refresh. So poorly made

This app is fine when it works, which is never. It's the most unstable piece of junk I have ever seen. Good luck logging in, and if you ever do prepare to wait 30 minutes just for the schedule to load. Not to mention the fact that management can choose to remove messaging privelages from staff, so if we want to communicate to swap a shift around, or to contact a higher up, we can't do so in the app. And to top it off we have to pay for the privelages. This whole app is a disrespectful rip off.

The only thing I use the app for is looking at my own work schedule. All of the other "features" don't work at all. I can't look at my employees' schedules on the app. I can't approval shift swaps from the app. And I can't get the in app messages to load without an error screen popping up. I don't know where this company gets the nerve to ask for three dollars to download an app that simple doesn't work
