the ux seems to have improved over time. there are good parental control options, except for one really simple thing, you can't block everything and add exceptions. for example, I'd like to block youtube and chrome on my kids phone, but allow music and messenger. no can do. in fact you can't block or set time limits for chrome directly at all. it seems that all of the tools are there to do it, they just need to tweak it a little.

initially I was happy, but I've been having issues with the AXE75 router and using the app and I am finding it is not applying the settings I input making the app completely useless. I've also been experiencing 'incorrect password' errors and then, widely, it works fine again. Or it connects and then suddenly loses its connection to the device that I'm 3 feet away from with 5 bars.

The app is utterly useless to set up range extenders. Most routers now have a WPS button, and if you push that, and then the button on the extender, it just works. Meanwhile, the app has no capability to recognize this and still tries to push you through some other means which does not work. It gets to a step where it asks for a password that is neither app password or the wifi password. Tried both 10 times and got locked out. Utterly useless app. Poor customer service through app as well.
