About this app

MyChart puts your health information in the palm of your hand and helps you conveniently manage care for yourself and your family members. With MyChart you can:

• Communicate with your care team.
• Review test results, medications, immunization history, and other health information.
• Connect your account to Health Connect to pull health-related data from your personal devices right into MyChart.
• View your After Visit Summary® for past visits and hospital stays, along with any clinical notes your provider has recorded and shared with you.
• Schedule and manage appointments, including in-person visits and video visits.
• Get price estimates for the cost of care.
• View and pay your medical bills.
• Securely share your medical record from anywhere with anyone who has Internet access.
• Connect your accounts from other healthcare organizations so you can see all your health information in one place, even if you've been seen at multiple healthcare organizations.
• Receive push notifications when new information is available in MyChart. You can check whether push notifications are enabled under the Account Settings within the app.

Note that what you can see and do within the MyChart app depends on which features your healthcare organization has enabled and whether they’re using the latest version of Epic software. If you have questions about what’s available, contact your healthcare organization.

To access MyChart, you must create an account with your healthcare organization. To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organization or go to your healthcare organization’s MyChart website. After you’ve signed up, turn on fingerprint authentication or set up a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your MyChart username and password each time.

Ratings and reviews

It's okay. A lot of info hasn't been added or can be hard to access, unavailable. Notifications can be wonky. The best part is the stuff regarding hospital stays like "Day at a Glance". That's primarily what I am using it for. I am uncomfortable having so much of my medical issues/records in an app. Will probably see if I can print & REALLY delete it once I am discharged.

very convenient to use and user friendly. sometimes websites ported to mobile are ruff around the edges. this is fast and responsive. makes it easy to check messages or changes to appointments. or when you go for an appointment its a helpful reminder of what wing, floor, room, as sometimes navigating hospitals can be tricky. I happened to have a bunch of appointments this year, and this made a welcome I could use when I'm not at home.

I seemed to have lost a lot of my information because I could not log in. Everytime I tried to log in, I would get a message about try again password or log in does not work. I had the same passwords for all accounts, and I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall the app and change the password. After doing that, I seemed to have lost 3 accounts. It worked fine until this last update

What’s new

You can now sync sleep data from Google Health Connect. Your visits list and the visit details page now match the experience on the MyChart website, so it's easier to filter your visits, join a video visit, complete eCheck-In, and reschedule your appointments. The visit details page now shows the minimum prepay amount and due date for visits that require one. These changes might become available to you after your healthcare organization starts using the latest version of Epic.
