The MINI App is only supported by vehicles that were built after March 2018 and have the MINI Connected Services optional equipment in combination with a compatible smartphone. The Remote Services optional equipment is required for an optimum app experience. The availability of app functions may vary from country to country.

Ratings and reviews

I found the old app to be much more useful, particularly the information about fuel consumption etc. of your last trip. All these features are now gone in the new app. Also, it was a complete nightmare to get this app working, and getting my car registered on it. I spent hours at my local Mini vendor to try and sort it out, and they were not able to. Eventually I was able to get it working. Finally, it often logs me out completely, and I need to completely log in setting a new pin code etc. This makes no sense as it should remember this and simply be able to use the biometrics for the connection.

Just trying to sell you stuff. I wouldn't mind so much but it keeps forcing me to type in my VIM then saying it can't connect, so use Bluetooth before finally connecting. Then it says I have no cars connected. Please give an option to skim entering the Vim when i know it won't work. And please stop saying its connected when it isn't.

7/5/24 Electric range wrong. Total range correct. Update 28/3/24. Login now delayed. Charge status more clicks. 21/12/21. No reply yet from MINI. Shame as we are trying to help improve. Why do miles change to kms? 27/7/20 Missing electric and fuel usage the old 'out of date' app had. Oil service mileage has changed from 13000 to 13049, without reason. After one week. Now only one star. When we charge in same place on our drive it randomly misses charge information. Old NEVER did this.

What's new

We are continuously improving the user experience. This app-update includes bugfixes.
