I've never had so many online banking issues or fraud attempts ever! I hate that you cannot search your transaction history by the name of a merchant instead of having to filter by what kind of transaction it was and amount. I would close everything with them if I didn't have to worry about the age of my credit dropping if I did. The checking account has been great but interest would be better!

Used to be ok. Now chase travel just straight up doesn't work on the app. Every time you try to click on book a hotel or flight nothing happens or loads. Have tried clearing the cache. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Weird for such a major operation to have an app that just doesn't work at all. Hopefully they figure it out eventually

I love the Chase app. I have it for my Amazon Visa Account. It shows me everything, and allows me to make one or more payments early before the due date. I like to pay it as the month goes by so I don't have such a large payment at the end of the month. I love being able to set up and forget about the automatic payment feature so that my payments are NEVER LATE! Everything is viewable on the app, including your credit score.
