Ratings and reviews

I've had really bad experiences with customer Support. When the order comes more than an hour late, they still force you to take the order and offer no compensation. When you receive the wrong items, they either compensate you too little or not at all. If you try to resolve the issue and describe it, Customer's support will just end the chat without you even being able to reply, and they don't even take time to understand it, instead they just use the pre generated answers.

Menu prices here are higher than competing apps, and the standard delivery fees are too expensive. That’s the only reason I bought Uber One. But on my last order, the app explicitly showed a €0 delivery fee for the restaurant, yet I was still charged €5 anyway! To make it worse, there was no heads-up or update about my subscription renewal, which feels incredibly shady. When I tried to get a refund, customer support was completely useless. You just get stuck in an endless loop of AI support.

No drivers available anymore, deliveries take forever. It used to be great: orders arrived very quickly with plenty of drivers available to pickup the orders. Now it's the opposite. No drivers. every delivery window gets bumped by 10 minutes, several times because no driver is available to deliver the order. Also: i was paying uber one (which i now cancelled), and was shown ads within the app. Thats a no-go for me, for a service which i am paying a monthly fee for.
