For me, I like to take Taxi instead of other options like Grab etc. so this app is quite useful whenever I need a taxi. the booking is quite easy, and has different payment methods, including pay onboard, and the wait time is quite fast. however, when making payment with a bank card, I was charged $25 instead of the stated total fare of $22.50. I looked online and discovered it was an admin fee? I don't mind paying the admin fee but please include it in the total fare section. Thank you

Dear Sir/Mdm, thank you for your feedback. The metered fare option will incur a 10% admin fee with GST for credit card payments. To enjoy this admin fee waiver, you may wish to use your preferred credit cards into the app through the Manage Payment feature and book for ComfortRide. Hope this explains.

Edited to add: Customer service is still poor. I've emailed twice with the evidence and also phoned twice. The GPS isn't working. The drivers report no show despite being in the right spot. I was assured over 10 dys ago that they are looking into it. To date: despite another phone call and email, there has been no communication. Poor service is putting it kindly.

After recent updates, I can no longer make advance bookings. The calendar icon stays greyed out no matter what. First time, I thought maybe the calendar would be enabled after I press 'make booking now'. Nope. Pressing it started the booking process immediately, and I had to cancel the booking that was accepted, thus wasting one free cancellation for this month. Sort out your app, Delgro!
