If this wasn't the only option we'd all use something else. Connection issues, "please wait a few minutes" (no i put money on I'm not waiting for anything make the call.) or just straight up not being able to easily add money on the app, splitting the payments and NOT equally distributing the money this app is a joke and sadly it's the only joke we've got

Honestly a video visit with a loved one is better than no video visit at all, so i will atleast give this app 1 star. If you do a video visit through this app, the inmate can literally only see a small circle of your face (not even your hair which is extremely weird looking) so it's the worst video app i've ever used. You can't even turn the phone to show them your car, your pet, they cant see anything except the tiny circle of your face/skin not even your hair or it whites out. LAME!!!!!

can't get past the permissions page. page opens to what country are your contacts in, but before I can click up on US, a pop-up comes up asking permissions for specific pics. no problem, clicked on 2. Only options are preview and done. Clicked "done" and app closes. Tried many times and can't get past this. Too many roadblocks.
