Ratings and reviews

The app is just trash. Very slow and keeps loading. The app has buttons that do not react, especially after selecting the receipient you can not click next. After selecting the receipient, it takes forever until you can put other details such as full names and address. Though the app offers lower transaction fees than others, i wouldn't still recommend this one. It just wastes your time with its loading times and unresponsive buttons

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this app at all, especially if you want to send money to Syria. The agreement, as stated in their app, was that the money would be ready for pickup within five minutes. However, the transfer took six days. After sending more than ten messages through all available channels with no response from them, they finally replied today, and only then was the money received. Very poor service, frustrating disregard for customers and in the end, not even a verbal apology.
