Horrible experience. I made an accidental booking on the wrong date that is over a month from the actual date intended. I immediately contact customer service to get a refund but they said nothing could've been done - no refund, no option change the date. While the activity indicates non-refundable. However, I am 100% sure that no money has been lost to the activity provider in preparing for the activity because my booking was literally 10 minutes before I asked to cancel. Such robbery!

Beware false and vague advertising. Double-check that what you book is what's actually delivered. Our 'tour' had a vague listing and turned out to be just an entrance ticket, not a guided tour. It was advertised like a walking tour, with reviews to match, plus a specific meeting time—but in reality there's no guide, no group, and tickets can be bought anytime at the door for less. The meeting time was pointless. Read carefully before booking with this company.
