Ratings and reviews

"Autoload" is a really sneaky and highly improper way to keep customer funds. Customers should have the ability to select how much they want to load on their account or you make it VERY CLEAR that apart from the £10 initial deduction, you intend to keep deducting money from their accounts whether they like it or not, whether they intend to use your service in the future or not. Without a doubt I'll be contacting my credit card company to reverse the autoload payment. Very disappointing.

So the app was simple enough to set up and use, it found the charge point ok and overall it worked as expected, the reason for the lower score was the fact that during the set up process, it didn't highlight that in order to use the service, that you always need a minimum of £5 credit with them and that if ever your credit drops below that, they will charge another £10 from my account - this was not made clear at any point and effectively means that they have always got some of my cash!

Automatically takes money to "keep you ready to charge" without authorisation. No option to turn it off. So, now your overpriced EV charge costs you even more! Poorly designed app and non-intuitive chargers. Oh, and you can't contact support channels without accepting marketing emails! Terrible experience. Regret signing up and will be deleting my account as soon as I get my money back. Plus, email support is no longer available and you have to call a premium number to get anywhere. Awful.
