Ratings and reviews

For the last 2 weeks I keep getting charged additional or duplicate payments I never made. A search online shows this is effecting Monzo accounts and have not been able to get a response from Curve at all. I've lost so much money over the last few days from random charges and then random "refunds" of shops I've never used before. There's obviously some serious security issue or technical fault which they're ignoring. Appalying service, I have to remove and delete my cards.

Woeful support. If you ever have an issue be prepared to wait a long time or for them to acknowledge your request and then close the ticket instantly. App is also temperamental and will boot you out at random intervals. I wish there was an alternative to curve because they've upped the price, taken away good benefits such as travel insurance and just added additional cashback retailers which I don't get as much benefit from on balance. £180 a year for agent support that feels like AI.

From not being able to use PayPal for Amazon purchases, using Curve, I've ended using my PayPal credit to pay at my local store. This is before receiving and activating the physical card. On the phone only. "I'm so excited, I just can't hide it."... For some reason, the purchase appears doubled on the Curve app, the purchase itself, and a pending payment for the same amount. I'm within 24 hours from the transaction, and I'm ready to jump up the stars if and when this will be sorted.
