Ratings and reviews

Utility-wise, the app is excellent. Here and there, there are some glitches, including no option to set the route of your travel correctly and also the pickup and drop points. There is also the usual confusion that the duration that is displayed is automatically generated, which even after setting the destination time in the app is not getting reflected for users when they search and find the trip. Another issue is that when a person is being rated, there is no option to edit it.

blabla is one of the best apps for frequent travellers. Though very few, but it has its own demerits. Most among the few demits is, it selects its own route and does not allow to edit the route. To route on my own, I have to add towns en route, which again adds multiple pick up points even for short distance. Hope the blabla team understands this and makes necessary changes. The above issue has created a lot of misunderstanding on both sides.

​"I have a small request. It would be great if you could collect a small advance amount at the time of booking. This will encourage only serious passengers to book & passengers who are genuinely planning to travel will confirm their bookings, And it can reduce last-minute cancellations. Otherwise, when someone cancels just before departure, the seat goes empty and it leads to a loss. I think this could really help."
