For your devices and items
• View your phone, tablet, headphones, and other accessories on a map–even if they’re offline.
• Play a sound to locate your lost device if it’s nearby.
• If you’ve lost a device, you can remotely secure or erase it. You can also add a custom message to display on the lock screen in case someone finds your device.
• Find your devices and items on Mobile and supported Wear OS devices.
• All location data in the Find Hub network is encrypted. This location data is not visible even to Google.

For location sharing
• Share your live location to coordinate a meetup with a friend or check on family to make sure they got home safe.

Ratings and reviews

The app works well overall and is very useful for locating a lost device. However, there is one major issue that needs improvement. When I try to locate my lost device, a notification appears on the device stating that “Your device is being located by Google.” This notification can alert the person who has possession of the lost device. As a result, they may switch off the device, making it extremely difficult to locate it again.

Find Hub does a solid job showing devices on a map and ringing them, but pinpointing a lost item once you're nearby is still frustrating. Please add a live walking navigation feature! Seeing an arrow pointing in the exact direction with a real-time distance readout (in feet or meters) would make tracking down earbuds, keys, or a misplaced phone effortless. Adding this level of precision guidance would easily make it a 5-star essential.

Good but got a few bugs and a stupid feature... Sometimes it fails to ring on time and does so after I close app. Last night I rang one of my other phones and the phone didn't ring. Turned off the app and the phone rang half an hour later after I felt asleep. And the stupid feature is that if we try to locate our phone, then the app sends a notification to that particular phone that the phone has been located. Now imagine that happening in the scenario of the phone getting stolen.
