Extremely disappointed with Google Pay. I invited a friend, they followed the process, but the app marked them as 'Ineligible for referral offer' for no valid reason. It seems like a scam to get new users without actually paying the rewards they promise. Customer support is useless and gives automated replies. Don't waste your time inviting people here; they will just find an excuse to fail your reward. Total waste of effort!"

They give promo codes for buying products. We apply them and pay but product will not be delivered. We lose money. Only thing that comes in reply is contact merchant and there is no possibility of that. Why don't you verify the merchant is genuine or not before giving their products under discount as promo code. Why are you not taking responsibility for allowing such merchants on your platform. Who is going to refund my money now? No response from support team. Worst.

I was trying to buy a laptop worth ₹63,000 using Google Pay. The payment failed, but the amount was still deducted. Now I’m asked to wait for the refund. The offer was valid only for today, and because of this issue I couldn’t complete the purchase and may miss the deal. This is a huge amount to be stuck like this.. Very disappointing. Such unreliable transaction handling is unacceptable, especially when large payments are involved. If I do get the refund, I honestly don’t see myself trusting..
