I'd give 5 ⭐ but I've been using MMT for a few years now & facing one major issue everytime. The fare shown in the beginning is lesser & other fees & charges are added later on during payment. It's better to be transparent in fees & charges from the beginning itself, as the customer will still book if he/she wants to. Also the seats are being shown available but everytime on finalising the booking it says chosen seats not available. There is a glitch in the system & it doesn't show correct data.

I was hoping for the best service from this app as shown and advertised everywhere. But it was all faked. This app is just ridiculously unfare. I had booked a seat from Guwahati to Tezpur but due to some reasons I had to cancel it immediately after, but guess what it's been almost a month still no refunds. And I have also booked the bus and cancel they did the same. We can call them fraud in a way. Better use Red Bus they provided far better service than Make My Trip.

Excellent app and service. I have used makemytrip on numerous occasions, including domestic and international flights. I have booked hotels too and every time I have had a positive experience. Be it finding and booking suitable flights or hotels or cancelations even. Seamless. The wide range of choices to suit your budget and preference, the ease of payment with various options. All good. Good job, guys, and thank you for the amazing service.
