Travelled to Dubai in Nov 2025. My hotel booking got cancelled 1 day before departure. Goibibo made an alternate arrangement in another hotel of the same level ( rather an upgrade I'd say) in 24 hours span without extra charges. Thanks a Ton !! ( Although I had to continuously call their helpline every 3 hours till they finally provided a solution - They don't follow up. We have to take follow-up hence 1 star deducted)

Worst application that I have used. My flight got cancelled and after repeated call the customer care number is not working well and there was no any refund provided by them and I have tried multiple times with the customer care and over email but there is no response and they have not provided the refund for my flight cancellation. Its been more than 2 months now still the refund is not provided. I would suggest please don't go for bookings through goibibo they are fraud and worst in service.

Worst experience. Highly unreliable agency making harassment to senior citizens. My air ticket cancellation and refund request initiated 21 days ago. After repeated calls and emails, no refund made. Each one of the customer care personnel says something different from the other. Its better to purchase ticket directly from the airlines to avoid such harassment. Needs to lodge complaint to higher forum.
