I recently booked a bus ticket through Goibibo. The booking process was smooth and payment was easy, but I was disappointed that there was no option to change the travel date. I had to either cancel the ticket with deduction charges or book a new one. Many other apps provide a reschedule feature, so I expected the same flexibility. Goibibo should improve this policy to make the platform more customer-friendly and convenient for travelers.

Worst app experience ever. I have been struggling for the past 34 days just to get my refund, but no one is listening to me. I have contacted customer support, sent emails, and even tweeted multiple times, but still there is no proper response. My ₹11,000 has been stuck with them for the last month. My flight was cancelled, and the airline has already refunded the amount to them within 15 days, yet they are not returning my money.Every time I reach out, I only get excuses or automated replies.

For the past month, I have been continuously raising complaints regarding my pending refund, but the customer care team failed to resolve the issue. Despite sending multiple emails and making several calls, I received no meaningful assistance. It is extremely disappointing that even when all the relevant recordings and data were clearly available, my complaint was closed twice with incorrect reasons such as “date change” and “cancellation,” which were not applicable in my case.
