Booking is useful and it has helped me a lot during my trips however when you happen to have a problem, CS is not reachable, they reply late and when you finally reach them, they never help you. Be very careful with the "No free cancellation booking" the commitment is valid only for the customers rather then the hosts that can cancel it at any time.

my experience has been horrible. I bought two tickets with return, I bought extra luggage for both flights. The offer was cheap. After two days my extra luggage for the return flights (3 legs) was cancelled due to unknown reasons and I had to buy the extra luggage at the airport, but the return flight was a 3 legs so I had to pay 3 times the tariff at the airport. There was no way to cancel the tickets, CUSTOMER SERVICE was totally useless and repeating the same sentence: "we can't do anything"

It is a good app until a problem comes up. Customer support is a joke. CS local numbers do not work. Sending messages is useless. If you call them, they will say they'll call you back and will never call. A hotel shared my data with another hotel without consulting or informing me. The second hotel messaged me through WhatsApp out of the blue as if I had a reservation with them. They never used the messaging function of the booking app. I reported it to the app, and nothing was done about it.
