Ratings and reviews

App buggy as can be. It takes many attempts to actually make it through the check-in process without it freezing up. It often won't load excursions, drink packages, etc... constantly logs you out. On board, same issues. You constantly have to cycle wifi, app freezes, takes forever to load. Messaging is atrocious, can takes hours for messages to go through, couldn't get group messaging to work at all, had a group of 12 on last cruise and it was near impossible to communicate with each other.

No way to communicate with Customer Service within the app. I encountered issues completing my check in. It kept giving me an error message for one passenger. I ended up having to call customer service and explain what was happening in the app rather than being able to chat directly and provide screen shots for what I was experiencing. They had difficulty understanding what I was explaining. Seems like a direct line of communication from within the app would be helpful.

for excursions: can you guys make the "day" of the cruise show up on excursions when I add them to the cart. after I add them they disappear for the day and it's hard to check. ETA: on the daily program docking times would be nice. it's annoying to go back a forth between the program and agenda. also, it'd be nice to favorite things I'm interested in doing, and those things get added to my agenda.
